How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 10–15 days after processing. Processing takes 2–3 business days. Free shipping is available worldwide.

Will I receive a tracking number?
If tracking information is available for your order, we’ll provide it. For a tracking update, email contact@vantaheat.com with your order number.

Will it fit true to size?
The jacket has a regular fit. Choose your usual size, or size up if you want extra room for layering.

How does the color-shift effect work?
The heat-reactive material changes color when warmed by body heat, your hands, or warm water, then returns toward its original color as it cools.

How do I care for it?
Hand wash cold. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or expose the jacket to an open flame. Hang dry.

What if the item doesn’t fit?
VANTAHEAT supports 7-day unconditional returns. Contact contact@vantaheat.com within 7 days of delivery for return instructions.
